How do I place my order?

  • Once you have decided on the product that you’d like to purchase from us, please select the product variations if any, that you wish to buy. 

  • Select Add to Cart to add the product to your shopping cart. If there are other products that you’d also like to purchase from us or make changes to the current order, choose Continue Shopping or Update. For single product purchase, you can directly opt for Buy it Now.

  • Select Checkout to buy the product. Submit your shipping address, select a mode of payment, and confirm your order by making the payment.

How do I know that my order was successfully placed?

  • You will be redirected to order confirmation page after placing your order

  • You will receive an email confirmation to the e-mail id you signed up with.

  • You will receive SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number.

  • You will receive another confirmation once we ship your order. 

How can I check the status of my current order?

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation mail on your registered e-mail id, along with all tracking information.

How do I modify my already placed order?

You will only be able to modify your order, if you want to change the size of the item to a bigger/smaller one or change the product color. To modify the order write to us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com with the subject: Order ID/Modify within 24 Hrs. of placing the order. For other modifications please check our Returns and Exchange Policy for more information.

How do I cancel my order?

Once the order is placed, you have the option to cancel it within 24 hrs. (We dispatch the product within 48 hours) Once you opt to do it, please write to us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com with the subject: Order ID/ Cancel

What are the available payment options?

The Calligraphy Boutique has multiple payment options. You can pay for your purchase using UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet or Cash on Delivery. For online payments, be rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. There is no Cash on Delivery Fee.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card?

To pay using Credit/Debit Cards at checkout, provide your card number, expiry date and 3-digit CVV. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure online page to complete the transaction. Note that you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

How does Cash on Delivery work?

If you opt for Cash on Delivery/COD payment method, You can pay the product amount only at the time of Delivery.


What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)

How does the delivery process work?

We deliver through our courier partner companies. After the order is processed at our warehouse, it is picked up by our aforesaid partner. Once it is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details for the order.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We do not charge additionally for shipping. So, you pay nothing!

How do I get my order tracking details?

We will share the tracking details through an email once it is picked up by our courier partner.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

If your order has been placed, don't worry we will get back to you with an e-mail and message confirmation soon.

How do I modify my shipping details?

We generally don't modify shipping details after the order has been placed. However, we could try to make an exception. So write to us with details about your issue at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com and we'll see what can be done.

Do you ship internationally?

Nope, we don't right now. However share details of your requirement with us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com, and we'll get back to you if it is possible.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

How do I return a product I purchased on The Calligraphy Boutique?

We accept returns within Seven days of the receipt of order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. Before returning order, please write to us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com

Once we have validated and confirmed the return process, you will have to self ship the product to the address that we will send you in your email. The Product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered by our Returns Policy.  

How do I exchange a product I purchased on The Calligraphy Boutique?

For Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What do I do if I received a damaged product?

We take the utmost care of our product quality. If however, you have received a defective product, please write to us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com and we will arrange to replace the product.

Can I self ship the product for return?

Yes, you have to self ship the products for return after receiving confirmation mail approving the return of the product.

When will I get the refund for my returned product?

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for damages. On approval by our team, we will initiate the refund process. It can take anywhere between 3-10 days.

I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?

Your refund will reach your bank account within 3-10 working days. If it has been longer, please reach out to us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com, and we will investigate.

Where will I receive the refund?

NEFT refund process takes 72 hours. Payment Gateway Refund process takes 6 to 10 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays. You can opt for the most suitable payment for you while requesting return of the product.
