Cancellation/Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Customers can request to return their order within seven days after an order has been delivered.

  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • You can initiate the return by writing to us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com with the subject: Order ID/Return. We will get back to you and process the request once we receive the email.

  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address that we will send you in your email.

  • After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to you using your choice of payment as opted by you in the email.

  • Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.   • For Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

  • The product amount will be refunded to you once the condition of the returned item is checked.

  • Once confirmed by our team the refund will be provided to your bank account and will reflect within 3-10 business days.

  • If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 3-10 business days.

  • For wrong orders shipped, we can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account as per your convenience.

  • We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.


 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once the order is placed, you have the option to cancel it within 24 hrs. (We dispatch the product within 48 hours) Once you opt to do it, please write to us at thecalligraphyboutique@gmail.com with the subject: Order ID.
